Bank of England Economics Conference

The Bank of England hosted an online economics conference run by The Economics, Business and Enterprise Association (EBEA) for students on Friday.

A key theme of the day was the notion that ‘economics is for everyone’ with speakers from a diverse range of backgrounds themselves, sharing details of their own career journey.

Our 34 Sixth Form Economists watched live from the Recital Hall along with 18 students from Greenford High School, one of our partnership schools. There were opportunities for topical discussions among the students as well as a fun economics quiz afterwards.
