Year 7 enjoyed an energised Thursday at their awesome Music Curriculum Day last week!

There were workshops led by the Gospel Touch Choir who taught songs and talked about history of gospel music. The final workshop of the day saw the whole year group rehearsing their pieces to sing at the Autumn Concert.

This was the third Music Curriculum Day held at school and follows our highly successful Year 7 Music Curriculum Day earlier this year when the whole year group were introduced to the vast and exciting world of opera. Year 8 enjoyed their own Music Day in the spring term, where they explored steel pan music.
