Goodbye and Good Luck, Year 13 – Class of 2026
May 7th was the final day at school for our Year 13s before the start of their A Level study leave.
In the week leading up to it, they had already enjoyed a Class of 2026 Drinks Reception with staff and parents. They also managed to fit in a week of themed dress up days, including ‘first letter of your name, ‘boys’, ‘pink,’ ‘what do you want to be when you’re older’ and ‘white lie Wednesday!’
On their final day at school, Mrs Saunders’ assembly was hijacked by Cruella de Vil and her 101 Dalmatians!
In the afternoon, there was a Leavers’ Tea in the Recital Hall where we shared memories and enjoyed performances from both staff and students.
Mrs Saunders and Mr Rodgers Endersby started a new tradition of ringing a bell to symbol the end of school in honour of a tradition shared with us by our Ukrainian students. Mrs Saunders also gave a little duck to every Year 13 as a good luck gift!
Huge good luck, Year 13 – we will miss you!
