Incredible India for Year 4

Year 4 have thoroughly enjoyed getting creative with their sewing skills this week, making their very own felt elephants as part of our Incredible India topic!
The girls showed fantastic perseverance as they learned to thread needles, sew French knots, explore running stitch, back stitch and blanket stitch, and stuff their elephants to bring them to life. Each elephant is unique and full of personality, and the children are rightly proud of their colourful creations. A huge thank you to our wonderful parent volunteers, whose time and support made this hands-on experience so enjoyable and successful.
