Junior Chamber Choir Sings at the Royal Albert Hall
Our Junior Chamber Choir had an incredible experience singing at the Barnardo’s Young Voices concert at the Royal Albert Hall on Monday night.
Over 900 children from school choirs across the UK joined together for an evening of popular and classical music and song, supported by the world-famous Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Artistic Director Benjamin Pope.
Hosted by Barnardo’s President and TV presenter and journalist Natasha Kaplinsky, who spoke about raising vital funds to support children and their families suffering in the cost-of-living crisis. The surprise guest was pop star Heather Small, who sang in a dazzling silver number.
A fabulous night was had by girls and parents alike – thank you so much to Mr Sole and the Junior School team for getting NHEHS involved.
