"We believe that being part of a community matters, it involves reaching out to volunteer, raising funds for causes we care about, and sharing our spaces to build meaningful relationships. These collaborations are mutually enriching and enable our students to create connections beyond the school gates."

Launch of Doodles 2026 – Our Creative Writing and Art Magazine

We are thrilled to present the seventh publication of Doodles creative writing and art magazine. This year’s theme, ‘Memories’, has prompted a diverse collection of works, from heartfelt recollections and imagined remembrances, to meditations on the significance of memory in our lives.

Many entrants have written using their personal experiences, through writing about people who are or have been in their lives, or experiences that have shaped them. It is through this sincerity that our collection of entries has such a feeling of warmth and intimacy.

Such a project would be impossible without the significant volume of entries and their exceptional quality. We have received contributions from people in all areas of school life, with students across many years, and even teachers submitting their work. The variety of responses to a single prompt makes curating this collection such a rewarding job. Engaging with so many voices and styles has truly been a pleasure.

We hope that you will enjoy reading this year’s entries in Doodles, and that it will inspire students to pursue their own creative endeavours!
