NHEHS Awarded Runner-up in The Week’s ‘Best for STEM’
To add to our growing list of accolades, The Week’s Independent Schools Guide has just named our Senior School as runner-up in ‘Best for STEM’ in their Autumn/Winter issue.
We are certainly helping to create a new generation of women in STEM with our huge range of STEM opportunities beyond the curriculum, including our own GreenSTEM Challenge, conferences with partnership schools and entry to national competitions and scholarships.
Earlier this month we were also delighted to be announced as a finalist for ‘Alumni Relationships’ at the School House Magazine Awards.
Our large alumnae network of 12,9500 women in 25 countries resulted in 400-500 visiting the school in person last year, 61 of those as careers speakers and industry experts and others enjoying our packed calendar of social events.
At the end of the summer term, our Junior School was awarded the gold medal for ‘Green School Building’ at the City Kids Green Awards. Designed with sustainability at its core, our carbon-neutral building sets a new standard for eco-friendly educational environments.
Earlier in 2025 we won ‘Best City Prep’ in The Week’s Independent Schools Guide prep edition and we were also shortlisted for ‘Independent Prep of the Year’ at the Independent Schools of the Year Awards.
