NHEHS Hosts CIPHEST for Local Primary School Y5 Pupils
On June 15th we welcomed Year 5 pupils from Selborne Primary and Little Ealing Primary Schools to NHEHS for a CIPHEST.
Our guests enjoyed deciphering code in a series of challenges set by our Maths Department, helping Sherlock solve a murder, as well as using Casear Wheels, Morse code, atbash cyphers and other decoding tools.
Thank you to Selborne and Little Ealing for a fun afternoon! We look forward to hosting the event again next year and hope to offer CIPHEST to more local schools too.
Thank you to @nhehs for hosting a CIPHEST even today. The children from year 5 @little_ealing loved deciphering all the codes. pic.twitter.com/ltPCHsvosO

We came second after being invited to @nhehs for a cipher competition! The year 5 team led by Miss Senior was so delighted! We had such fun at the beautiful local independent girls’ High School; thank you for the generous invitation. ⭐️ 🥈 pic.twitter.com/vDIe20Wuvd
