We have once again been recognised as one of the leading girls’ schools for cricket in the UK, securing a coveted place in The Cricketer Magazine’s Top 20 All-Girls Schools for the fourth year running. NHEHS first entered the prestigious list in 2022 and has maintained its position every year since.

The highly respected Schools Guide, published annually by The Cricketer, follows a rigorous selection process assessing schools’ commitment to cricket across curriculum provision, facilities, fixture programmes, and coaching. Its 2026 edition will be distributed in December featuring the full survey.

Reflecting on the achievement, Andy Bennett, Director of Sport at NHEHS, said:

“We are thrilled to be recognised once again in this influential guide. Cricket holds a special place at Notting Hill & Ealing High School — our first all-female team dates back to 1887, and the sport has remained central to school life ever since. In recent years we’ve worked hard to build a thriving cricketing culture and have developed strong partnerships with local clubs and coaches.

This year has been particularly exciting: Our U13 and U15 teams reached the Middlesex Semi-Finals, with the U13s also progressing to the third round of the National Cup. In addition, four of our cricketers will be flying out to Dubai this Easter to represent the GDST London Schools team in the Root Dubai Cup. This recognition is ultimately a testament to the dedication, skill and enthusiasm of our students”.
