"We believe that being part of a community matters, it involves reaching out to volunteer, raising funds for causes we care about, and sharing our spaces to build meaningful relationships. Parents’ Guild Annual Christmas Bazaar 2024 Raises Over £7,500

A massive thank you to all the class reps from Reception to Year 13 who helped to organise and run the Christmas Bazaar on the day.

A special thanks as always to Jenny Holden for going over and above in her support and help and also to Olivia F C from the Sixth Form who ran the sweet stall and was just full of energy all afternoon.

We are delighted to say that we raised just over £7,500 with £1,000 of sponsorship from Castle Hill Properties this year – a huge thank you to them!

The raffle made just over £1,400 and all winners have now been notified of their prizes!! Thanks to everyone who donated, ran a stall, bought a raffle ticket or just turned up to support the NHEHS community!

Millie B & Tilly N of Year 7 baked their hearts out for their cake stall and made £250 post expenses of which £125 (50%) has been donated to Clatterbridge Cancer Charity – Leading Cancer Care & Research Charity) and www.shivia.com (a charity which helps the poorest families living in India to start making an income).

Ishani & Neha A, Year 12 and 8, made £156 from selling bric a brac on their stall – all the money will be donated to Dementia UK in memory of their Grandfather.

All the rest of the money raised goes back to the Parents’ Guild and will be spent on agreed initiatives, projects and equipment for the girls across both the Junior and Senior schools.

Thank you all again for your continued support and we will see you in 2025 for more events!
