Record Numbers for Duke of Edinburgh Awards in 2023-24

With the final Duke of Edinburgh (DofE) Bronze Expedition taking place last weekend, we are delighted to announce that we have had record numbers participating in the scheme this year. Over the 2023-24 academic year, we have seen 84 students taking on Bronze, 62 Silver and 24 Gold. Some of our Gold students have already completed their awards but some will be doing their four-day expedition in the Peak District later this summer.

Huge thanks to Mr Futter for all his hard work and support on this record year for our Duke of Edinburgh programme and for all the staff who have helped out on both the practice and final  expeditions in Hampstead Heath, the Chilterns and Dorset.
