These collaborations are mutually enriching and enable our students to create connections beyond the school gates."

Shereen & Ishita Devise Plan To Help Ealing Foodbank

Shereen (5T) and her neighbour, Ishita (Year 7) were both worried about the news that the Ealing Foodbank was struggling to get donations. The girls wanted to help, so they came up with a plan.

They designed and delivered a leaflet, kindly asking their neighbours whether they could help by leaving donations outside their door on Wednesday morning. These donations were then collected by the girls and delivered to Ealing Foodbank, all while maintaining social distancing of course. They were absolutely mind-blown by the generosity of their neighbours. Shereen’s mother said, ’I think this really shows the result of the generosity of spirit invested by NHEHS from an early age.’

Well done girls for coming up with this fantastic idea!

If you would like to donate to Ealing Foodbank, please visit their website to see how you can help. Thank you!
