Sixth Form Sleepover for Oxfam

A fantastic evening of fun, creativity, pizza, cupcakes, movies and fighting the sleep was had by Year 12 and 13s at the annual Sleepover last Friday, with all girls donating to Oxfam.

The evening started off with football, frisbee and fun on the astro (while others enjoyed spectating). Pizza and cupcakes were had around 7pm and then the fun began. Everyone then headed into the main hall to get the low-down on the two games that everyone got involved in – Mafia and Taskmaster. The next hour or so involved a mixture of asking for tokens and not being found out to be an assassin, along with completing the various taskmaster tasks. The Taskmaster himself, Dr Pearce, oversaw the various tasks, with groups coming up with some fantastic creations. The group then made their way down to the Sports Hall where benchball and dodgeball took place. After that, everyone began to find their spots for the evening – rushing to get the best mats and the best view point to watch the movie in the sports hall and drama studio. With everyone being woken up around 7am, breakfast was had and then students made their way home after an eventful evening.
