To What Extent is the Development of New Technology the Most Important Way to Address Climate Change?
At the end of last term our Geography Reps ran a popular essay competition open to all students addressing the question – “To what extent is the development of new technology the most important way to address climate change?”
The submitted essays, which were 500-1000 words long and supported by images, diagrams, maps and data, made for a great holiday read for our Geography department and Reps who were impressed with the quality of writing and ideas.
The winning students were announced in assembly as:
Blythe S in Year 7
Lola in Year 9 (click to read)
Emi L in Year 12 (click to read)
All three received a book in recognition for their excellent ideas. Congratulations!
