"We believe that being part of a community matters, it involves reaching out to volunteer, raising funds for causes we care about, and sharing our spaces to build meaningful relationships. These collaborations are mutually enriching and enable our students to create connections beyond the school gates."

U13 Netballers Shine at Middlesex County Tournament

On Tuesday 19th March the U13 team travelled to Highgate school for their Middlesex Netball tournament. The girls had a very strong start winning their first three match against St Catherines, St Benedicts and LEH convincingly 8-1, 8-2 and 5-3. They then came up against North London Collegiate School in the fourth round in a very physical game which they lost 6-2, followed by a 3-8 defeat against Godolphin and Latymer in the fifth round. The girls came back fighting in the sixth round and put in a great performance against Fortismere winning 10-1. NHEHS then went onto win their last two matches against Highgate and FHS 6-3 and 6-0 respectively.

This resulted in NHEHS placing third in their pool out of eight teams. Unfortunately,  this meant they just missed out and did not go through to the semi-final as only the top two went through, which meant they finished 5th overall out of 16 teams!

Huge congratulations to the whole team and special mention to Genevieve who captained the team superbly.
