Volunteering Day – Teaching Languages, Science and Sport for Three Local Primary Schools

As part of our whole school Volunteering Day on June 12th, our Year 9 linguists shared their love of languages at North Ealing, St Gregory’s RC and Drayton Green primary schools leading fun language-based activities and performing plays in Spanish and French. Year 10s also enjoyed supporting reading with Year 3 and 4s at St Gregory’s while Year 12s listened to readers from North Ealing.
Back here at NHEHS, we welcomed over 150 visitors to the school including Year 5s from St Gregory’s and North Ealing, who joined our Sixth Formers in the science labs to use microscopes and create slides of onion cells, followed by fun playing cricket, swimming and practising their dance moves.
