On Wednesday 6th December, our annual Mince Pie Concert took place in the new Junior School Hall. Parents enjoyed performances from the flute, piano and Chamber ensembles, as well as the Prep and Junior Orchestras. Over 40 pupils, all of whom receive instrumental lessons, took part in total. There was something for everyone with a mix of the traditional, including ‘And did those feet’ and ‘Evening Prayer from Hansel and Gretel’, the modern ‘Home Alone’ and ‘Last Christmas’, and a few classics, such as ‘Fly Me to the Moon’ and ‘Jingle Bells’, too.
