Musicians Impress at Termly Teatime Concert
By Ms Goodsell, Director of Music
The termly Tea Time concert is a chance for students undertaking ABRSM exams to perform their pieces in an informal setting. This term’s concert showcased some fantastic playing. Matilda opened the concert with a rendition of ‘Wouldn’t it be loverly,’ from My Fair Lady and Mitsuki’s finale of ‘Allegro’ by Mozart was a dramatic closing piece. Other notable performances included Imen’s emotive ‘Cossack Dance’, Natalie’s confident ‘Hound Dog’ and Diya’s convincing ‘1st movement from Concerto in A minor’ by Vivaldi.
Well done to all who performed and good luck with your future exams.
