Spanish Language Partnership Goes from Strength to Strength
Since establishing our Spanish language school partnership last year we have enjoyed writing and receiving letters to and from our friends at Colegio Guadalaviar, a girls’ school in Valencia. Judging by their smiles and reactions, our Year 8 Spanish pupils were very excited last week to each receive their latest penpal letters from Spain. Our penpals in Valencia were equally as thrilled with the 70+ letters we sent to them in December!

Last summer our Year 8 (now Year 9) students visited Colegio Guadalaviar in Valencia on their Year 8 Modern Foreign Language trip. Then in the autumn term as Year 9s, they made some lovely videos of our school for their friends in Spain, talking about their subjects and life at NHEHS.
Next month, Colegio Guadalaviar students and teachers will be able to see NHEHS for themselves when our Year 9s can’t wait to welcome them to Ealing for five days!
