Year 4 Enjoy Site Visit to New Junior School Building
This week, Year 4 were given the opportunity to tour the building site of our new school, which we have been watching grow and take shape from the playground.
First, we had to put on our hard hats and high-visibility jackets to make sure that we were safe. We met Lewis, the site manager, who explained how the school was being constructed, including how the under-floor heating would work. We were able to go all the way up to the second floor where our new classrooms will be and saw how light and airy they will be. We saw where the science lab and computer room will be as well as the new Year 1 classrooms.
It was a very exciting visit and we can’t wait to visit again!
