Natasha Devon on Stress & Anxiety – Managing Yourself
Year 8 had a PSHCEE talk this morning from Natasha Devon called Stress and Anxiety – Managing Yourself – which looked at the ‘role stress and anxiety play in our wellbeing, as well as our ability to learn. We understand that stress and anxiety are an inevitable part of being human and the difference between these normal responses and anxiety disorders. We then explore healthy ways to keep levels of stress and anxiety manageable, by engaging in regular endorphin-creating activities and understand this is what keeps our ‘mental fitness’ high.’
