"We believe that being part of a community matters, it involves reaching out to volunteer, raising funds for causes we care about, and sharing our spaces to build meaningful relationships. These collaborations are mutually enriching and enable our students to create connections beyond the school gates."

Congratulations GCSE Class 2020

Wonderful to see our talented Year 11s at school today to receive their GCSE and IGCSE results.

Overall 93% of entries were graded 9-7 (the equivalent of an A* or A grade), and 81% were graded 9 or 8 (equivalent to an A*). A true testament to the girls’ hard work and resilience this past year. Well done girls.

Mr Shoults, Headmaster had this to say:

“After all the disruption caused by changes to government guidance, it was a pleasure to be able to see the girls, and see them rewarded for their hard work. This is an extremely pleasing set of results and the girls should be proud of themselves.

We have been particularly impressed with the resilience and spirit with which our students have responded to circumstances which were thrust upon them, not only seeing their way through an irregular process towards very strong grades, but also engaging in A level introductory courses, and independent projects and competitions in the summer term and beyond.

We are very grateful to all the staff for their hard work and enthusiasm in steering the girls through their GCSE years – and now look forward to welcoming them into the Sixth Form in the next few weeks”.
