During the lockdown we have been enjoying some of the wonderful live performances shared by the National Theatre.

Last Friday, our Year 12s participated in an online seminar with Harrow School where they discussed the recent NT production of ‘A Streetcar Named Desire,’ which also happens to be one of our A Level coursework texts. It was a lively and often quite forceful discussion, ranging from the role and status of Blanche to aspects of stagecraft and delivery. The high quality of debate was impressive to see, and is valuable not only for coursework purposes but also in readiness for university and beyond!

It was a session enjoyed by all, and we hope that it will be the start of many further collaborations.
