Last Day at School for Year 13
It was a very fun-filled and action-packed last few days at NHEHS for our awesome Year 13s!
Ahead of their final official day at school on May 11th our Year 13s had already managed to pack in a week of themed dress up days, including Geeks and Goths, Future Careers, and of course, Pink on Wednesday.
Their last day of school started early with a special breakfast in the dining room, before hijacking Mr Shoults’ assembly! Keeping up with the best NHEHS traditions, there was also the legendary conga at breaktime through the school and staff room, and the appearance of the very popular bouncy castle in the courtyard, games of tag, water pistol battles and ice lollies.
Finally, the whole year group enjoyed a lovely Leavers’ Tea in the Recital Hall where we heard performances of songs and poems from staff and girls as well as the Year 13 Form Tutors dance routine. When Bella sang ‘slipping through my fingers’, there wasn’t a dry eye in the house.

Good luck, Year 13 – we will miss you!
